At Coffee Company, we strive for the perfect roast in every cup; however, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags unless there is a verifiable quality issue.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of any damage within 14 days of delivery.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack Your Return
Securely place the unopened coffee or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
