We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Every bag features a one-way valve to release CO2 while preventing oxygen from entering, ensuring peak flavor upon arrival.

What is the difference between your 'Whole Bean' and 'Ground' options?

Whole beans stay fresh longer and allow you to grind specifically for your brewing method. Our ground coffee is a versatile medium-fine grind suitable for drip machines, pour-overs, and AeroPress.

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99, or free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.

Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?

Yes! You can choose your favorite roast and delivery frequency (every 1, 2, or 4 weeks) via our 'Subscribe & Save' program, which also gives you a 15% discount on every order.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Absolutely. We work directly with small-farm cooperatives to ensure Fair Trade practices, sustainable farming methods, and that farmers receive a premium price above market rates for their harvest.
